For this project, I spent time studying the integrated design work of architecture firm Perkins & Will with the project team that integrated a complete work of art in a neighborhood of skyrise corporate buildings.

Part I : the design creates equitable space by transforming the lobby of the corporate building into a social meeting space with retail and cafe seating.

Part II : I chose to integrate vines and green house plants by building an integrated mechanical system that incorporates a dehumidifier attached at the top of a ceiling mullion, connected to piping hose which feeds the palm tree planters below. Incorporated into the piping is electrical conduit, completely waterproof, to create bespoke accent lighting.
